If you go to Settings > Options > Security Options > General Settings
and then press the menu button to the left of the trackball. You should see Wipe Handheld as an option in the menu.
This will wipe all data from the handheld and will, for the most part, restore the handheld to the factory settings.
If you are/were set up on a BES, it won't remove the IT Policy.
