If you are using broadband or any type of internet, then there is a way to increase the speed of it.

To increase the broadband speed, follow the below instructions:



Start > Run

Type 'Gpedit.msc' without Quote

The Group policy Editor will open up

1. Go to 'Local Computer Policy'

2. Computer Configuration

3. Administrative Templates

4. Network–>QOS Packet Scheduler

5. Limit Reservable Bandwidth

6. Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth

7. Select Enable

8. Change 20% to 0%

This 20% is the reserved bandwidth for Microsoft downloads. So if you are downloading from Microsoft it will downloaded quickly as all other downloads.
