Click START > Run

Type 'Regedit' without Quote

Locate the below path

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SYSTEM
CurrentControlSet
Control
StorageDevicePolicies

Then on Right Pane, Right click and create a new DWORD Value
Give 1 as value

Close and restart the computer.

Now onwards if anyone connect his USB device like pen drive or USB Hard disk drives or any USB media's , it will connect and he can read the data. but he can't copy anything from the computer to the USB device.
